Design Gap: Audio events are not covered by /events topic OOB

Based on the explanations from Automating based on audio events and Add event ID to audio events mqtt payload (Or use a simplified JSON payload based on camera events JSON), we can conclude that audio events will never appear in the <topic_prefix>/events topic.

Perhaps, the mentioned <topic_prefix>/review topic could be a solution both for video and audio events: Review documentation (not yet published as of 2024-05-13)
