add something like an algorithms repository

this could be breaking a butterfly on a wheel, but I at least want to note down the idea of something like an algorithms repository which allows a developer to add an additional well defined R function to the package and "register" it somehow and this function can then be applied to a (collection of) time series and create some analysis result. This function would then be selectable in a generic app (which would have to be implemented) as an intermediary step (click on "Analysis" button, select algorithm, then algorithm takes over).
