Hi

Im trying to use the docker file following the instructions here: https://hippmapp3r.readthedocs.io/en/latest/docker.html

Having pulled the docker image I'm getting the error: /usr/local/bin/_entrypoint.sh: line 24: exec: seg_hipp: not found

Any idea how to get this to work?
