这里说明里，后缀必须是.sgm,而不是.xml

正确的命令是：
wrap_xml.pl zh test_a_20170923.sgm Toy < s2q_attention.csv > decoder-output.sgm

其中“test_a_20170923.sgm”，是翻译的英文测试文件。
