Home page brief description of what PG, HG, PPG, WSM are, with pics #15

The descriptions should be very brief, to not take up too much room. We can create and link to a full page for each if we want to say more. Maybe a 4-column layout? Or a 2-column layout with PG, PPG in one column, HG, WSM in the other?

This may replace the longest flights section, or be above the recent flights section?
