Remove unused Bxxyyy varcode alias system?

Hello,

in DB-All.e there is the possibility of referring to a variable by alias instead of Bxxyyy code.

The list of aliases has not been really updated since 2007, which makes me think that this feature is not used.

This is the current alias list, for reference:

Is this feature still needed? If not, I'd happily remove it, and removing it could also give some speed improvement.

tmax, tmin, and z did not refer to a variable in the local B table, and I'm removing them.

This kind of increases my suspicion that these aliases are not really much used, but I'd still like to have confirmation on this.

Se confermiamo che gli alias non sono usati, li tolgo direttamente da dballe. Riapro l'issue e cambio il titolo
