Clarify license

Hi, thanks for the great looking theme! I have a project that winds up embedding this theme as one of the defaults, and I was wondering if you could clarify under what terms other people can use this repo. It seems like a lot of the sublime text community uses the MIT license if that seems reasonable

This theme is terribly outdated and I haven't touched it in 7 years.

If you need this for legal reasons I hereby grant you, @CosmicHorrorDev, an irrevocable WTFPL license to the theme.
