刚刚看了一下源码，发现TextView底层是通过DynamicLayout里的TextLine来绘制span的，计算行数和位置都是在DynamicLayout这个类里面，要想根据自己计算的位置来绘制只能用TextLine，但是TextLine这个类用不了，被官方屏蔽了；要是可以用TextLine，应该可以实现自定义绘制span；
