[FEAT] Dashboard Page Title

Would that be possible to add a feature that would let us define the HTML Title for the Dashboard Page?
It might at least be useful to have it set automatically based on the 'host_id', instead of the <title>scrutiny</title>

host_id is used for grouping drives, you could technically have multiple host id's if you run multiple collectors pointing to one web UI.

What exactly are you trying to do here? are you trying to differentiate multiple Scrutiny WebUI browser windows?
