Should the app bar display the current page's title?

This can be enabled by setting kEnableHeaderTitle to true in config.tsx.

I'm in two minds. On many pages it's redundant and it removes a bit of app identity, but I guess it's canonical for many applications (at least on Android) and kind of expected.

This also affects performance of the search box a bit, as I don't always get 60fps in its expanding motion with the feature enabled.
