Launch on startup (hasn't been updated in a while, 2017 and uses coffeescript): https://github.com/Teamwork/node-auto-launch

This one seems to be doing the same thing as above, at least according to https://github.com/Teamwork/node-auto-launch/blob/master/src/AutoLaunchWindows.coffee#L28
