[servicing] Nitrocid KS v0.1.1.6: Nitrocid LIVE!

This is the first version of Nitrocid KS that introduces you to Nitrocid LIVE!, which is a live CD distribution that runs only Nitrocid in computers where you don't want to install Windows on. This is based on Windows 11 24H2 Pre-installation Environment (PE), because Nitrocid was originally developed on Windows.
