[BUG] [PHOENIX] #6148
Comments
Hey @AleksanderBak - this was definitely a bug but something that we fixed in later versions. Could you try upgrading? Sorry you hit this issue! |
Unfortunately, I am using the Phoenix Developer Edition via your website, so correct me if I’m wrong, but I don’t think upgrading any of the packages I’m using will fix the issue. Nonetheless, I upgraded the arize-phoenix python package to the latest version and made some LLM calls to see if anything would change and I’m still encountering the same error when logging into my account. |
@AleksanderBak - I'm sorry you are facing this issue. I would have assumed the developer edition has a fix for this so thanks for the heads up. I'll work with @Arize-ai/phoenix-infra to take a look and see what we can find. Thanks for your patience and sorry to cause inconvenience here. |
@AleksanderBak mind giving me the email you used to create your account? Feel free to DM me in our Slack community (look for Kiko) if you don't want to share it in the open here in GitHub |
