I am currently working on integrating Matomo Analytics into my front end application. Everything is fine, I can track pages, events and everything. But unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to implement token authorization in Matomo APIs.
WHY do I need this?
Now any API can be fired from other services like Postman and will be accepted and can be displayed in the Matomo dashboard.
So it is very difficult to track the real data and anyone with a Postman can send 100s of requests per minute.
I could not find anything to solve this,
Has anyone had the same problem before? If so, have you solved it? and how?
Or
Is there a workaround for this problem or am I missing something?
