If enabled, this will track all seeds and their paths. Every new seed is compared against one of the old seeds and if they are identical(), we just create a hardlink/softlink/copy of the existing file. This saves time and space in certain scenarios, e.g., repeated instances of the same seed with different operations as DelayedMatrix assays of a SummarizedExperiment.
