My CI rep graph doesn't show all users

Not all users are shown in the rep graph on my CI web page. Here is the graph:

But the top 2 users with rep 106 & 51 not shown on the graph

Maybe only some users are shown on the graph, but it's not clear what the criteria are for them showing if that's the case
