Renaming pac environment

I have EPAC running in dev (strategy: full) and prod (strategy: ownedonly), and I want to change the pac selector name for prod.

Dev env is called 'epac-dev'
prod is called 'tennant'

We have a well-established name for our prod env/tenant which I want to rename 'tenant' to, but I wanted to ask the community first to see if there's anything I need to pay special attention to?

I know there will be a lot of meta data changes in the policy files in prod (as far as I can tell), but what else should I be aware of and more importantly should I just not do this?

as stated, prod is still in ownedonly mode, if that has an impact?
