Problem:
Boss Snikrot and Ulfthak (and will assume all legends orks) cant get enhancements that the only requisite is ORK model

Expected:
Be able to select the enhancement that require only to be an ORK (like Mork's Kunnin' from taktikal brigade)

That's because they are Epic Heroes and Epic Heroes can't take Enhancements.
