Make viewing a user’s list ephemeral if it’s viewed by a staff/admin and a PRIVATE inventory.

So non-staff/admins can’t view private lists if a staff/admin does the command. Would protect the privacy of people with private inventories.

I'm not a fan of this really, it only happens in the one server (for Ballsdex) but there's also the cases of that you may want to show staff someones inventory for whatever reason. To get around this, you'd probably need something the lines of a staff-channel in config where this could be used but at that point i thinks its eh
