Hi

I am very much interested in using Mobi 2.0 on my web server, however, the link to download the DSSP v. 2.2.1 seems not to be working anymore. Could you please provide me with the exact version of DSSP that is compatible with Mobi 2.0?

I found it here

Had to modify the makefile to add -lboost_date_time to the LDOPTS line.

I also am not convinced you actually need 2.2.1. The code uses BioPython DSSP wrapper which automatically uses a flag to generate a version of the output that it can parse. DSSP is not parsed manually inside FLIPPER as far as I can tell.
