Taxonomic Group selection box is only displayed are glossary terms in the system for multiple taxonomic groups, such as terms linked to Plantae, Poaceae (grasses), Cactaceae (cacti), etc. And language is displayed only if there are terms for more than one languages. I think the divs associated with those elemets are using float:left, or something like that. And they should be block divs. Or if left on one line, layout adjusted to make sense.
