Missing tables for db seeds? #6

I might be mistaken, but it seems that the seed script in https://github.com/CDLUC3/stash/blob/master/stash_datacite/db/seeds.rb
is trying to populate tables that were dropped in
https://github.com/CDLUC3/stash/blob/master/stash_datacite/db/migrate/20160718225757_drop_tables_related_id_types_and_relation_types.rb ?
