Description

Design and implement a UI section for sector source publishers to (re)view the added, merged information in an XRelease for their sectors contributed to the base release.

Consider a workbench like tool that:

• limits the search to the root of all sectors from that publisher
• shows only merged names
• allows to filter by rank, status, issue, etc just like the workbench and offers name search
• allows users to review names and mark them to a set of categories (see below)
• allows to download filtered names as CSV/TSV
• allows to upload the same names with an additional review status column

Proposed review status:

Good names (ready to be included in GSD)
1.1. Missing accepted taxon in GSD
1.2. Missing combination or synonym in GSD
1.3. Missing misspelling in GSD
1.4. Other correction needed in GSD

Uncertain names (need further investigation)
2.1. Nomenclatural status need confirmation
2.2. Taxonomic position need clarification
2.3. Incomplete names (missing authorstring, missing genus in binominals, etc.)
2.4. Missing matches in GSD

Informal names (names which should not be present in the taxonomic checklist)
3.1. Unpublished misspellings
3.2. Unpublished names
3.3. Chresonyms (misinterpreted authorstring)
3.4. Non-scientific names

Wrong names
4.1. Incorrect taxonomic position (outside GSD taxa, incorrect combination, incorrect synonymy, etc.)
