Add Full Node State Identifier in Wallet Mode

Per a conversation with Hepto in Discord:

Summary:
Wallet Mode does not run a full node while Farming mode runs the wallet, full node, farmer, and harvester.
Some users may want to run just a wallet and full node but the current options make this seem like a CLI only operation.

Recommendations:

1. Add a note or banner in wallet mode that indicates the full node is not running and that farming mode is required to run a full node.
   and/or
2. Update wallet mode to provide an option in settings to run a full node or not

Current behavior:
Upon installation the user is prompted to choose either wallet or farming mode and the differences are listed there, this can be easily overlooked or misunderstood if the user intends to only use a wallet but wants to also have a full node (farming just doesn't seem quite right).

With Recommendations:
If the user is provided a note in wallet mode indicating that running their own full node with increase sync times and reliability they will be more likely to do so. If this can be extended to allow the user to run just a full node and wallet within wallet mode the user would not need to also run a farmer and harvester (as is with farming mode)
