I'm looking at the releases as I update my Switch homebrew for the first time in several months, and it's a bit confusing with none of them seeming to have both switch and ps4 zips to download. For Switch, I guess the latest one is 3.5 rather than 3.8, and you have to go back to that release to get the Switch version. I would've thought they'd update both versions together and have two separate zips in the assets.

The zip also doesn't have the usual directory structure to make drag-and-drop easy, you have to put it in the "switch" directory yourself, not the root of the SD card. This is mentioned in the README, but I think they could've made the process more convenient for sure. Most other Switch homebrew is drag-and-drop.

Switch: copy "pplay" folder to switch sdcard ("/switch/pplay")

Hopefully that helps you out, or maybe you already figured it out by now.
