Auto reload and auto zoom

It adds an auto reload feature that you can configure to any amount of time you want, and a hack to allow a better zoom

What is in :

• loading a page
• setting the url in the prefs
• auto reload feature
• auto zoom

TODO :

• Display only a part of the page (defined with the id of the block, like the old webslice)
• Transparent background
• Controls in right click, to refresh the page manually
