SSPL is often not recognized as an open source license. Please consider changing the license or updating the project description to reflect this.

Do you have any proposition?

(originally I chose it because I had some dependencies that use that license, but GPL 3 could do the trick now since the software has no networking capability)

(Obligatory: I am not a lawyer.) Assuming the goal is to make sure its variations also remain open source, GPLv3 sounds like it might be a good fit. I haven't looked through the dependencies though and I don't know how free/restricted you'd want the code to be so it's up to you to decide.
