Test this extention for use with UBOS #1

UBOS has all their research in a tool called NADA, which spits out DDI as metadata

There is a harvester for this:

https://github.com/kata-csc/ckanext-ddi

It can take a file with DDI URLs.

The URLS for Ubos look like:

http://www.ubos.org/unda/index.php/catalog/1/ddi
http://www.ubos.org/unda/index.php/catalog/2/ddi
http://www.ubos.org/unda/index.php/catalog/3/ddi
http://www.ubos.org/unda/index.php/catalog/44/ddi

(they have 44 documents in the database)

FIRST RUN THIS ON A TEST ENVIRONMENT!! (thank you)
