Versioned release

Hello,
please would you mind releasing a new version from the current state? 0.3.0 perhaps?

Code here is quite far from the original release of 0.2.0 from 2008 - https://sourceforge.net/projects/nepenthes/files/libemu%20development/0.2.0/ .
And it also seems to be pretty stable - no commit since 2013.

Calling it a release would be nice. It would allow changing the package name from ugly:
libemu-0.2.0-0.4.20130410gitab48695.fc27.x86_64.rpm
to be named with some nice name like:
libemu-0.3.0-4.fc27.x86_64.rpm
