CLUSTER documentation (MCDS engine commands)

Looking through the MCDS documentation for the CLUSTER command it seems like (in the PDFs that I have access to) there are a couple of strange things. The screenshow below hightlights these:

1. I think where "(x)" is mentioned this should in fact read "g(x)" the g has failed to render in both the copy of the Distance 6.2 manual I have and the Distance 7.0 Alpha 1 manual.
2. I think that "MRDS" in this should be either "MCDS" or "MCDS and MRDS".
3. I think the table should also include a row for "GXLOG".
