Long Form Courses / Masters

It was pointed out that without some tweaks to the search, longer form courses would all appear at the top of the search results. This would make it harder to find normal short form courses.

The suggested way to fix this is by default filter out the long form courses by default and allow an option to search for them if needed.

This might require some discussion.
