RDAirplay User panel not updated after changes on another workstation

In Rivendell 2, when an RDAirplay user panel (U1, etc) is updated on one workstation, those changes appear on other workstations after a few seconds. This doesn't happen in Rivendell 4 - RDAirplay must be restarted to pick up the changes.

When I run RDAirplay from the command line and do a U panel update from one workstation, I see the message "notificationReceivedData()" at the terminal of the other workstation.
