wld: information per keyword

The amount of information shown per keyword (trefwoord) is currently the number of dialect-entries.
That is to say: pagination of 100 means that only the information pertaining to 100 dialect-entries will be shown.
The consequence is that information per lemma may be dispursed over several pages.

Resolution:

1. The page-size should point to the number of keywords per page
2. All the information pertaining to one keywordshould be shown together (on one page)
