PaNET should have its own logo

Yes - the first version was called PaNTO. We had some great logos for that!

I suggest we use PaNOSC branding : https://www.panosc.eu/branding-material/

Maybe we also need subtitle "Photon and Neutron Experimental Techniques ontology"

The concept and design look OK to me.

Please try to make sure we have a vector graphics (e.g., SVG) version of the logo :-)
