Voyager: Create pre-event checklist

Ideally this should remove the need for the lead sync Mothership tab, at least for most of it.

Maybe we can figure out a more friendly way to present this info, but at a minimum, it should have a list of all the important info and when it was synced, probably including the current event's name and date, and all the checksum codes as relevant. There should be one sync button that downloads everything.
