Hello, thank you for using your time to read this, sorry for the bad english.
Today I opened the FTB app and all my instances are gone, i saw someone happened the same situation, but i went on the .ftbs folder and the instances folder only show a folder with the "Cache" and its empty...
Yesterday I was playing for many hours. then my computer crashed and had to run the Task Manager, I saw that an App called OpenJK or something like that was taking too much RAM memory, so i tried to close it but my screen went all black and had to turn off my computer manually, cause the system wont let me do it.
I mean, im sure it has something to do with it, but is there a way to get all my instances back?
Thanks again.

Is your own user "Gigabyte", or did you run the ftb app installer as admin? Did you ever change the instance location? OpenJDK is java which minecraft uses to run.
My guess is you have to go to your own user and check that same folder.
What Operating System
Windows 11
