Currently, loader issues a warning such as

[16:20:57] [main/WARN] (FabricLoader/Knot) Class path entries reference missing files:

listing entries on the classpath that are missing; for various reasons (IDE run funkiness), I pass files on the fabric-loader classpath whose missing-ness can just be ignored; could some sort of system property or the like be added to selectively ignore certain missing file paths?
