We should surface sections on:

  • Breaking changes
  • Summary of changes
  • Related/closes issues
  • PR checklist
    • Appropriate test coverage
    • No new console errors
    • Comments on public exports & hard-to-understand areas

This will pay dividends in organizing releases and creating changelogs.
