Support SVG files as icons

I'm currently writing a new plugin where the icons I get could be svg files, which flow does not seem to render at all.

For flow to render SVG files

Converting it to a different format that flow supports like png

With python in specific, there seems to be no way to convert an svg file to something like a png file without requiring the user to install a 3rd party program
