The Deutsche Telekom was kind enough to revoke the access to the firmware file: http://hilfe.telekom.de/dlp/eki/downloads/Speedport/Speedport%20W%20920V/Firmware_Speedport_W_920V.AnnexB.65.04.79.image I got 403. Forum entries say fud about bugs and exploits and one should recycle the box, which is bullshit, as one can still use it as dect base station.
But we are lucy archive.org has something, but that is older https://web.archive.org/web/20090209012152/http://www.t-home.de/dlp/eki/downloads/Speedport/Speedport%20W%20920V/fw_Speedport_W_920V_v_65.04.70.image
We should have a firmware archive somewhere as it is a shame that firmware images get removed by the vendors.

I found a the file on a probably not especially trustworthy mirror: https://www.freeware.de/?dl=83658. Since the md5 has matches, it's probably fine.
