protonmediaconverter broken on Arch again

It compiles, but doesn't work (black screen intros) and no embedded videos in game.

I fixed mine by building older gstreamer packages for the system, 1.24.9, but that's no solution for everyone. Yes, they need to be recompiled and unless you also want to downgrade neon, -D gst-plugins-bad:neon=disabled (I don't use that plugin). protonmediaconverter and wine gstreamer are the only things I actually use gstreamer for on my system.
