a Rewritten ProtocolSupport Fork which Support Velocity and Paper that uses ViaVersion.

We Recommend you to switch to Velocity and use this instead of ProtocolSupportBungee.
Thanks to ViaRewind and ProtocolSupport for providing code.
Warn: this program will be not part of ViaProxy and never will.

@Shevchik rip ProtocolSupport + And it's Pocket Edition cuz it was replaced by VVPS + VR + VB + VV and Geyser and PS is now 💀
