[Bug]: Cannot update user information because usertype is a required field but not populated #476

Is this happening on the SudoSOS point of sale or on the SudoSOS dashboard?

Current behaviour

The BAC treasurer tries to update some of the properties of a user. However, this is not possible because the user type field is marked as disabled and does not have a value:

Desired behaviour

No response

Steps to reproduce

Go to a user account, update one of the active / user can go into debt properties and see that form validation prevents the BAC treasurer from saving the user.
