The library is based on HELICS and interacts with the libary

Portico

Portico is an open source HLA Run-Time Infrastructure (RTI) implementation. It is designed to ensure open and free access to the necessary infrastructure needed to drive HLA federations. Portico uses the CDDL license but is not included in this project nor is any source code from Portico use.
