BLE Federate

As part of the meeting today we were looking at the roadmap and mesh networking led to some talk about Zigbee/BLE. From what I recall of how BLE GATT services/characteristics function, they would map really nicely to a HELICS value federate. I don't think there are any current projects that would use it, but could make for an interesting hardware-in-the-loop example.
