User Story

As an Agency Data Manager, I want guidance on how to update my resources so that I don't accidentally change a resource Id and have customers asking why the API broke.

Details

We've had the resource Id for the Per Diem dataset change a few times, and it causes a lot of confusion among customers.

Acceptance Criteria

  • When I go to resources.data.gov, there is clear guidance for Agency Dataset Managers.
