Dataset results drop to below filter list at ~980px width on catalog-next dataset page

It looks like the breakpoints are not aligned for tablet sized screens. at ~980px, the dataset results drop below the filter toolbar, but the toolbar does not expand to full width.

Seems like the filter toolbar collapses at ~770px:

How to reproduce

In Chrome:

1. https://catalog-next.data.gov/dataset
2. Shrink screen to ~960px

Expected behavior

Use the existing CKAN breakpoints if possible. Layout should change consistently to tablet layout at the tablet breakpoint.

Actual behavior

Layout partially changes to tablet layout.
