Add Join call to action on each working group page.

On the sidebar of each working group's page, below the Events module, add the following Call to Action:

h4 = Join Us
Text = Sign up to get the latest news, events and actions from our working groups.
Button = Sign Up

Text should be left-aligned (to match Events widget above).

Steps to complete:

1. Create CTA module on a working group's page.
2. Add as a global module to the Divi Library, so any future changes made to the CTA apply to all working groups' pages.
3. Insert global module on other working groups' pages (+ Insert Module, Add from Library).
