We have successfully set up a Hubs Cloud and it's live now. We would like to link an object/avatar in the HC to a 3rd party API to enable automated voice AI functions. Hence, the object/avatar in the HC would act as a voice AI customer service. Could someone please let me know if it's possible to make this happen, and how to do it? We have tried to search the discussions, but we are not able to find the relevant threads. We have got the API ready to go, but we find it challenging linking it to Hubs Cloud. |
