User gets 1 kudos for completing a meditation session (for minimum meditation time of 5 minutes.)
User gets 1 kudos for every 5 minutes of extra meditation than planned time.
User is charged with 1 kudos for every 5 minutes of meditation missed from planned time.
If I set a meditation time of 30 minutes and them meditate for 40 minutes, I get 1 kudos for completing a session, and 2 kudos for extra 10 minutes of meditation than planned time.
